What data we process and why: (1) appointments are booked on the external Reservline website, where your name, phone number/email and selected service details are used to fulfil the booking (legal basis: performance of a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); (2) phone and email enquiries are handled to answer your request and provide necessary follow-up, within the retention periods below. Pre-contract enquiries rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b); other enquiries rely on the legitimate interest in answering them under Article 6(1)(f). (3) The cookies and local storage section explains the promotion and map preferences. The external map loads on the basis of your consent.

Bookings take place on the separate Reservline website, under the privacy terms displayed there. Cloudflare provides hosting and network services for this brochure website. Google Maps receives data through the embedded map only if you allow it. This website's own code has no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel tracking.

Retention periods: booking data needed to establish or defend claims is retained for up to 5 years; general enquiries for up to 1 year after they are closed. Invoices and other accounting records are kept separately for at least 8 years as required by Hungarian accounting law. A legal obligation or ongoing dispute may require necessary records to be retained until the applicable period ends.

Your rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may complain to Hungary's National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), at 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, +36 1 391 1400, or apply to a court. Appointments are booked through Reservline. Before confirming, check the service, barber, time, price and displayed terms. Keep your confirmation; if it does not arrive or there is a technical problem, call the salon so we can clarify your booking.

Prices shown on this website are indicative ranges. The final price depends on the service, hair length and barber level, and is confirmed before the service at the salon. Payment is made at the salon after the service, by cash or bank card.

Cancellation and rescheduling: your appointment can be cancelled or changed no later than 24 hours before its scheduled start. If you find out later that you cannot attend, please call as soon as possible so the slot can be offered to another guest. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in conditions being applied to future bookings.

LA25 offer: 25% off the first booking, exclusively for services with Andris or Levente, using the LA25 code when booking. It cannot be combined with another discount. The salon may change the offer terms with advance notice.

The salon may cancel or reschedule an appointment for a valid reason, such as illness or a technical problem. We will notify you as soon as possible.

Local browser storage remembers when the promotion popup was shown so it does not repeat within 7 days. Session storage remembers when you close the promotional bar during that visit. These preferences do not create an advertising visitor profile.

The website's own code does not use GA4, GTM or Meta Pixel tracking. Your Google Maps permission or refusal and the time of that choice remain effective for up to 180 days. An expired choice is removed on your next visit. You can change it through Privacy settings in the footer.

The Google map is blocked by default. When allowed, Google receives your IP address, may process technical data and may use its own cookies. Withdrawing permission removes the embedded map but does not erase data already held by Google. Directions and appointment links open separate external websites.

For a distance contract for services, the statutory 14-day withdrawal or termination period generally starts when the contract is concluded, not after the haircut. Starting a service during that period requires an express request and appropriate prior information. The conditions for loss of the right after full performance are set out in Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.).

The request to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Contact the salon to change or cancel an appointment, and retain your confirmation and the information provided before booking.
